The information you provided in your enrolment is complete and correct.

At all times, your conduct while training with Including Us foster a safe learning space for all participants.

Including Us reserves the right to accept or reject any application for course enrolment at its discretion.

You are encouraged to share with your facilitator any support requirements you may have, so we can assist you to get the most from the workshops.

Fees are not transferable to another organisation, but may be transferable to another participant under special circumstances (at Including Us discretion).

Including Us reserves the right to cancel any course prior to the commencement date should it be necessary and, if that happens, shall refund fees.

Including Us reserves the right to change, alter or amend workshop content, structure, and any other matter related to the provision of a course at any time. Such changes, alterations and amendments may be made without notice.

When a course is cancelled by Including Us prior to commencement, you (or your employer) will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.

If you withdraw from the course, the following will apply:

• More than 4 weeks prior to commencement - full refund​

• From 2 to 4 weeks prior to commencement - 75% refund

• From 14 to 2 days prior to commencement - 50% refund

• 1 day prior to commencement - nil refund
