Service Description
In this series of 2 x 2 hour in person workshops, and 1 x 1 hour remote follow up, you will gain the practical skills and knowledge to apply authentic listening in your professional and personal life to strengthen cross-cultural, collaborative and inclusive practice. You will be able to better recognise your non-conscious cultural and emotional barriers to genuine understanding across social difference in everyday interactions, including cross-cultural understanding, and you will be provided with an authentic listening 'toolkit' to help overcome those barriers and intentionally strengthen inclusive understanding, psychological safety and cultural safety. The course involves intimate, small group workshops that will deepen your confidence to apply the toolkit.
